Guarantee And Returns

PRODUCT DISCLOSURE:

All products were acquired by Freeman Liquidators from a sale of merchandise subject to a commercial insurance loss. Freeman Liquidators is a secondary seller of products, is not affiliated with or sponsored by the manufacturer of the products and is not a manufacturer authorized seller of the products. Sale of this product by Freeman Liquidators is not subject to the policies of the manufacturer. Any warranty offered by the manufacturer is not available to you as the purchaser. All products are NEVER USED but external packaging will have damage. Some items may be placed into other packaging to ensure safe shipping. All items are opened for inspection prior to shipment to ensure the best quality of products. Freeman Liquidators guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, within 30 days from the date of purchase, return the product in its packaging and Freeman Liquidators will fully refund your money.

- General Merchandise carries a 30-day return policy for in-store and online purchases.

- All Products purchased are covered by a 30-day guarantee.  Freeman Liquidators guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, within 30 days from the date of purchase, return the product in its packaging and Freeman Liquidators will fully refund your money.

- Goodman Authorized Retailer:  HVAC equipment and parts carry a one-year warranty and air conditioning compressors have a five-year warranty all of which will be provided by Freeman Liquidators where no manufacturer’s warranty exists. All manufacturer warranty’s which are still in effect will override store provided ones. A sales receipt must be presented at the time any product may require a warranty repair. Freeman Liquidators reserves the right to repair or replace any product for which a warranty issue arises.

Manufacturer warranty’s will be assumed to be in effect until proven otherwise. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty customers must contact the manufacturer directly.

RETURNS

-Return merchandise may be accepted in store, or online.

-Warranty or repairs options must be investigated before a return can be accepted.

-All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

-All product returns must be made within 30 days from time of purchase. 

-Buyer will be responsible for return freight costs

Any return involving LTL or Carrier freight costs:

-Buyer will be responsible for return freight costs, as well as a 5% deduction for handling/labor and processing fees, from the total refunded amount.
